"Old Man Running" - Photomontage

Below is my photomontage poster created for the fictional band "Old Man Running." I truly can say I enjoyed this project. I had fun trying all the different tools and overall, I definitely feel I have grown more comfortable with the program. 

This design came a long way. I started somewhere completely different leaning more towards Concept 1 from my initial sketches. I began my idea including a wooden drawing model, but began to grow uninspired. I was here when I scratched this idea:

I knew I wanted something more colorful, and definitely more interesting. I went back to my sketches and decided to go forward with Concept 2. I started fresh, searching various creative sites I had previously stored on my computer: ffffound.com, notcot.com and tumblr.com. I found the below inspirational images on my hunt and used them to compile my final poster:
